❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

eSIM / Digital Services

Cancelable before activation.

After activation, in case the customer wants to cancel the subscription: the line will disconnect immediately and a proportional charge will be refunded after 3 business days.

In case AllNetworks cannot provide the services: a message will be sent to the customer and a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Physical SIM

Cancelable according to consumer protection laws and if unused.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Delivered via Email / WhatsApp / LINE.
Usually within minutes.

Physical SIM

Shipped to the customer's address.
Delivery time: up to 7 business days, depending on the courier.
